As a Program Manager – Financial Transformation & Banking Projects, you will be working for our client, a leading international financial institution committed to delivering complex transformation initiatives within a highly regulated environment. You will play a crucial role in spearheading strategic programs that enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance across multiple business units, driving innovation and growth in the financial sector.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery in line with established business requirements
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams
- Supervise and control the project budget and financial forecasts
- Manage collaboration with third-party vendors and internal suppliers
- Define and monitor short- and long‑term project goals
- Plan and confirm availability of resources required for project execution
- Report project status, risks, and progress to sponsors and senior stakeholders
Youre ideal for this role if you have:
- Proven experience in end-to-end project or program implementation (minimum 3 years)
- Experience working within the banking or financial services sector
- Strong communication skills for clear and structured project reporting
- A leadership mindset with the ability to guide and motivate teams
- Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and Jira
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Knowledge of agile integration or hybrid project frameworks
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience with financial transformation initiatives or regulatory projects

Polish and English — fluent command of both languages
