Project

Were looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our clients team. The project aims to consolidate and standardize the Target Operating Model in line with the clients framework. It involves documenting key areas such as KYC, processes, governance, technology, sourcing, and performance management across various countries. The role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to guide contributors and ensure smooth documentation. Experience in large financial institutions, particularly in financial crime prevention, is a plus, along with the ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Proven ability to lead complex projects or programs effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and facilitate collaboration
• Ability to engage and influence contributors, ensuring alignment and buy-in
• Knowledge of best practices for documenting frameworks and processes
• Background in financial institutions and familiarity with KYC and compliance processes is advantageous
• Strong communication skills for packaging and delivering information to diverse audiences
• Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and tight deadlines
• Capability to guide and mentor contributors without direct reports

Responsibilities youll have

• Align all work with the clients framework and documentation standards
• Use your experience to ensure a cohesive and standardized level of information across the TOM
• Leverage your expertise to assist team members in smooth production and documentation processes
• Utilize leadership skills to gain buy-in and support from various contributors
• Ensure the TOM addresses KYC, processes, governance, technology, sourcing, people and skills, and performance management from an end-to-end perspective
• Successfully manage multiple project deliveries within tight deadlines while navigating complexity
