- Partner with Engineering and DevOps teams to enhance observability, monitoring, and automation (e.g. Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Ansible, ELK)
- Define, track, and report stability KPIs and OKRs
- Ensure effective post-incident reviews and follow-up on long-term remediation actions
- Act as the central point of contact for stability initiatives across IT, business lines, and governance bodies
- Communicate progress, risks, and value delivered to senior stakeholders, including executive-level reporting
- Ensure alignment with IT risk, security, regulatory, and audit requirements
- Support teams through change management, training, and adoption of best practices and tools
- Bring 8+ years of IT Production/Application Support experience with strong program management, cloud/hybrid infrastructure knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management skills
