Program Management Analyst / Office for the new Development Centre in Kraków

Responsibilities:
- Deliverables for Analyst Role on Portfolio:
- Maintain consistency and accuracy of data within portfolio management tools.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on data accuracy and tools, providing support to wider portfolio stakeholders as needed.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on data accuracy and tools, providing support to wider portfolio stakeholders as needed.
- Work with Project/Epic teams to ensure data in various tools has been entered as required and with acceptable quality. Actively encourage the use of the tools.
- Utilise and suggest improvements to reporting where identified.
- Evaluate processes/ways of working and suggest improvements where identified.
- Act as contact point towards CoE.
Other responsibilities:
- Organise Portfolio and CoE meetings using shared calendar.
- Set up and manage reminders of various tasks required from Project/Epic Leaders.
- Prepare meeting packs, proofread materials, create SharePoint content.
- Flexibility to requirements coming from multiple timezone locations.
Qualifications:
- +3 years of PMO/Project Admin experience gained in the international environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
- MS Office, SharePoint, PowerBi experience, quick learner of new tools.
