Program Management Analyst / Office for the new Development Centre in Kraków

Global leader in sustainable technologies, end-to-end solutions and services for the aggregates, minerals processing and metals refining industries decided to open an RnD centre in Kraków.

We are actively seeking a skilled Program Manager Analyst/Office to join our team at Metso. Join us in spearheading innovation and making a lasting impact on the industrial landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Deliverables for Analyst Role on Portfolio:
• Maintain consistency and accuracy of data within portfolio management tools.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on data accuracy and tools, providing support to wider portfolio stakeholders as needed.

• Maintain consistency and accuracy of data within portfolio management tools.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on data accuracy and tools, providing support to wider portfolio stakeholders as needed.
• Work with Project/Epic teams to ensure data in various tools has been entered as required and with acceptable quality. Actively encourage the use of the tools.
• Utilise and suggest improvements to reporting where identified.
• Evaluate processes/ways of working and suggest improvements where identified.
• Act as contact point towards CoE.

Other responsibilities:

• Organise Portfolio and CoE meetings using shared calendar.
• Set up and manage reminders of various tasks required from Project/Epic Leaders.
• Prepare meeting packs, proofread materials, create SharePoint content.
• Flexibility to requirements coming from multiple timezone locations.

Qualifications:

• +3 years of PMO/Project Admin experience gained in the international environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• MS Office, SharePoint, PowerBi experience, quick learner of new tools.
