• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale software programs.
• Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum.
• Strong background in stakeholder management, risk assessment, and delivery planning.
• Proven experience implementing DevOps practices and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of cloud environments and modern software architecture.
• Advanced JIRA skills – creating reports, workflows, and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English (C1).

Nice to Have:

• Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerization, or automation tools.
