We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to join our Global Account Management (Leadership Capabilities) team to implement a new Leadership Capabilities program. You will help design and execute a world‑class leadership development initiative, building exceptional capabilities for our Account Management community. This role is vital for developing future‑ready leaders who drive performance, inspire inclusive teams, and thrive in complex environments while exemplifying JLL’s culture and leadership behaviours. The area of work is very unique and requires substantial expertise in Work Dynamics and account management operations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design & Development

  • Design and implement a multi‑faceted Leadership Capabilities program focused on soft skills for Account Directors, including:
    • Skills training
    • Individual coaching
    • Action learning projects
    • Networking facilitation
  • Support delivery of program elements such as executive presence, structured communication, professional etiquette, problem‑solving rigor, business chemistry, client partnerships, change management, negotiation, conflict resolution, inclusive leadership, and high‑performance coaching.
  • Execute content and structure as designated by Product & Design Lead.
  • Manage all operational processes related to the program.
  • Integrate digital learning tools to create a blended, scalable, and personalized solution.
  • Facilitate program sessions and track participant progress.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with GAME Product & Design Lead, Regional Leads, and L&D to deliver programs as needed.
  • Collaborate with L&D, HR, and REMS business partners to define program requirements and prioritise features.

Program Management & Analytics

  • Define and track key success metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.
  • Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of all program elements.

Facilitation & Support

  • Oversee the nomination process with Business, L&D, and HR.
  • Manage program components, including:
    • Workshop facilitation
    • Leadership coaching network coordination
    • Executive coaching initiatives and 360° feedback processes

Requirements

  • Experience in program coordination or leadership development, preferably within global or complex corporate environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Work Dynamics and demonstrated understanding of account management operations.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and manage multifaceted learning and development initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across HR, L&D, and business teams.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, coordinate coaching networks, and track program outcomes effectively.
  • Strategic thinking, strong communication, and executive presence to represent program value and drive engagement.
