Our Client is a well-known international automotive company. Currently we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of:
Profit Management Specialist
Workplace: Wrocław

- bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Management,
- prior experience in finance or accounting (preferred but not required),
- relevant commercial or project experience in the automotive industry is an advantage,
- fluent English (C1 level ),
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
- background in cross-functional roles,
- confident and adaptable in working within diverse, multinational, and multicultural environment,
- strong interpersonal skills for building professional and sustainable relationships,
- self-reliant, proactive, and an effective team player,
- willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes,
- driving license (Category B).

,[performing cost assessments at every stage of new projects, including internal cost estimation, evaluation, and oversight,, setting cost reduction targets and overseeing cost management for projects,, managing project profitability,, performing lifetime profitability assessments,, establishing profit targets and preparing regular profit status updates,, managing cost calculations during the RFQ (Request for Quotation) phase,, executing CCIS/ECI calculations,, developing and improving work standardization practices. Requirements: Degree, Finance, Accounting, MS Excel, Proactive, Driving license Additionally: Private healthcare, Annual performance, Group insurance, Meal subsidies, Transportation reimbursement, Free coffee.
