Job Description

This role is crucial for ensuring the highest quality standards are met and maintained with our third‑party suppliers, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complaints and customer returns, identify common issues, and communicate findings effectively.
• Issue claims to suppliers based on analysis of defects and inconsistencies.
• Evaluate supplier performance through detailed assessments, focusing on consistency, reliability, and quality.
• Conduct technical assessments on identified supplier discrepancies to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supplier quality development, with the ability to manage and enhance supplier relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is essential; IATF 16949 experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of automotive parts, including the ability to differentiate between various parts and assess their impact on end‑users.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and database management.
• Ability to identify top issues and simultaneously address multiple challenges, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
