Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Lease Auditor.Responsibilities:* Conduct thorough reviews of lease agreements, terms, and financial documents (landlord invoices, service charge budgets & reconciliation statements) to identify potential inaccuracies, discrepancies, and non-compliance.* Preparing simple reports showing audit findings & recommendations.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Lease Administration to clarify lease terms and resolve complex lease-related issues.* Liaise with landlords to clarify queries, negotiate recoveries.* Build and maintain good relationships with clients and landlords.Requirements:* Min.
