Obowiązki

  • Work with us at the forefront of the digital revolution contributing your creativity, innovativeness, critical thinking and numeric skills to help us shape the global digital landscape.

  • Use machine learning and cloud technologies to improve Client businesses by enabling data science capabilities at scale.  

  • Work in interdisciplinary and international teams that gather technical, business, cloud and data science competencies that deliver work in agile methodologies (at client localization, remotely or mixed).

  • The range of your accountability, responsibility and autonomy will depend on your experience and seniority - we are looking for specialists with various experience levels.

Wymagania

  • Have minimum Bachelors degree in discipline like Informatics, Physics, Mathematics, Quantitative Methods and are continuously looking forward to using your knowledge to solve complex business problems.   

  • Have practical experience within industry or consulting in applying data-driven approaches to a variety of business scenarios, including creation and use of advanced analytics / Machine Learning algorithms.   

  • Have  experience within industry or consulting with an international exposure in Consumer Goods and Services or Retail. 

  • Have knowledge and experience on one or more of below topics:

  • Supply Chain Management – demand forecasting & replenishment, warehouse and delivery planning/optimization, route optimization, wastage analysis etc. 

  • Category Management – market basket analysis, promotion analysis and optimization, pricing and price elasticity, assortment optimization, contracts optimization etc. 

  • Marketing – marketing mix modeling, customer segmentation, sentiment analysis, churn prediction, content and offer personalization, A/B testing, customer audience targeting models, omnichannel analytics etc. 

  • Sales – sales forecasting, sales analytics, sell-in, sell-out, recommender systems, customer lifetime value prediction, shelf optimization etc. 

  • Other interesting data science projects from Consumer Goods and Services or Retail area
