We are currently looking for a Productivity Analyst to support a 100% remote project for an American client known globally for its communications and cloud services. In this role, you will help build an internal developer platform designed to improve the productivity of over 30 engineering teams. You will gather requirements, create new features, and streamline processes to ensure the platform is intuitive, automated, secure, and perfectly suited to users’ needs. Your tasks

  • Collaborating with development teams and key stakeholders to identify challenges and areas of improvement, and translating them into actionable requirements for the internal developer platform
  • Acting as the advocate for development teams by engaging with engineers, SDLC teams, architecture, compliance, and security teams to define new capabilities and product features
  • Supporting the creation and prioritization of a long-term product roadmap (12-18 months) to deliver the internal developer platform across 30+ engineering teams
  • Working closely with technical leadership to understand the implications of technical decisions on the developer experience, and ensuring that the platform meets user needs, with a focus on technologies like CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
  • Defining and measuring critical metrics to evaluate product performance and continuously refining the roadmap based on data-driven insights, ensuring alignment with key technologies such as cloud infrastructure and DevOps best practices

Requirements:

  • Senior-level experience in technical product management, technical product design, or software engineering, with a deep understanding of engineering team workflows and needs
  • Strong expertise in Cloud technologies, particularly in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration and management, as well as familiarity with other tools used in cloud-native environments
  • Experience in gathering and translating technical requirements into clear, actionable plans, and documenting processes for efficient platform development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Residing in Poland required
