Production Support Specialist with RPA/UiPath

Key Responsibilities:
- Some infra knowledge, especially on the installation of UIPath and Studio.
- Provide production support for RPA solutions developed using UiPath with experience 4-5 years minimum in RPA with at least 3 years in support
- Understands production support flow vizaviz Service Now, Incident management, Problem management etc.
- Ability to coordinate and coach team members as needed playing individual contributor as well
- Good communication skills and knowhow on client handling.
- Monitor and manage UiPath Orchestrator to ensure the stability and performance of automated processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UiPath bots, workflows, and orchestrations.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement changes and enhancements to existing RPA solutions
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain documentation for RPA processes, including design, development, and support procedures.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for RPA development and support.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on UiPath tools and processes.
- Some infra knowledge, especially on the installation of UIPath and Studio
Requirements:
- Proven experience in production support for RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, including basic and advanced features.
- Expertise in UiPath Orchestrator for managing and monitoring automated processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to UiPath bots and workflows.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
