You will join a global engineering team as a Production Support Engineer, responsible for keeping production environments reliable, scalable, and running smoothly. This role focuses on L2/L3 production support, system administration, and troubleshooting complex issues across SQL/PLSQL, Linux and Bash, as well as monitoring tools. You will act as a key point of contact for production incidents and day-to-day operational support.

- Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Production Support role
- Experience with Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting and hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, SQL or PowerShell
- Familiarity with networking concepts, DNS, load balancing and security best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system reliability
- Availability to work in different shifts or be on “on call” duty
