Production Planning Supervisor

• Develop and oversee the implementation of short-and long-term plans to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency;
• Conduct research, collect data, and analyze trends to identify opportunities and threats to the organization’s success;
• Design planning solutions, create operating models, leading workshops, and fit gap assessments;
• Ongoing control and correction of the production plans;
• Cooperation with other departments to ensure smooth implementation of production plans;
• KPIs’ achieving and presenting results to other team members;
• Supervise and provide guidance to subordinate staff, perform other duties as assigned;

We are currently looking for a Production Planning Supervisor to join our growing team in Poland, Nysa Plant. In this role will manage a team responsible for capacity and planning processes. You will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.
