Production Planner – Planista
Join the Quest Global team in the role of Production Planner – Planista.
Responsibilities
- Develop production plans and schedules based on forecasts and actual customer demand.
- Initiate production orders and coordinate shipments of finished products.
- Monitor order fulfillment, identify delay risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Work with the SAP system – monitor component availability and update production data.
- Collaborate with key company departments: logistics, quality, purchasing, production, engineering, and project management.
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers to ensure the quality and timeliness of information exchange.
- Create planning and logistics reports and analyses to support operational decisions.
- Analyze and report on production key performance indicators data accuracy.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (minimum intermediate level).
- English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level.
- Proactive approach, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Teamwork skills and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop in the area of planning and logistics.
Preferred
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Knowledge of the SAP system.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology.
- Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamically changing environment.
- Knowledge of the APS system.
