Job Description:

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Production Planner, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Develop and maintain detailed, up-to-date production schedules, issue and determine schedule priorities, analyse production schedule of past 2 days to monitor schedule attainment,
• Review new coming demand and convert it into production schedule,
• Control short term capacity situation on daily basis for given work centers, escalate any capacity issues and constraints internally,
• Prepare data and participate in daily Tier 2 shopfloor meetings,
• Control shipping sequence by OBD creation, OBD nilpicking and / or Pegging *
• Review on daily basis Service Levels (Backlog, LTA) for given area, identify areas for improvement and escalate expected service risks to manage them proactively,
• Review HALB inventory levels in terms of plant targets achievement
• Reduce dead, excess and slow moving inventory by identifying dispositions and exploring prevention methods,

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Technical or Economic University Degree
• Minimum 2 years Supply Chain/Planning experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Very good knowledge/experience of Excel
• Experience in SAP is a plus
• Fluency in English and Polish

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Wroclaw Kwidzynska at least 2 days per week)

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
