Stryker is currently seeking a production planner to join our dedicated team in Skawina, Poland . This is a fresh level full-time position offering a competitive salary range from $109,614 per year. The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining effective communication with all teams involved in the production process and supporting production in achieving clear production goals. Stryker is a medical devices company and has a newly built manufacturing production plant in Skawina.

Responsibilities for Production Planner:

• Plan the production of medical products through collaboration with relevant functions in the supply chain.
• Ensure data quality in the ERP system related to raw materials orders, work-in-progress, and finished products ready for shipment.
• Maintain effective communication with all teams involved in the production goals, monitoring progress and addressing any issues.
• Monitor and report on unfulfilled orders, as well as create projections for their reduction.

Qualifications for Production Planner:

• Higher education in business, engineering, or supply chain management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning and supply chain management.
• Experience in production planning and supply chain management using an ERP system.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, is required.
