Production Planner

Location: Warsaw, MZ, PL

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

As our future Production Planner , you will play a key role in optimizing production efficiency, workflow, and resource utilization on the production line.

What you will do:

1. Develop comprehensive production layout plans that optimize space utilization, workflow efficiency, and production capacity.
2. Assess current facility infrastructure and capacity constraints to identify opportunities for expansion or modification.
3. Conduct material flow analysis to optimize the movement of materials, parts, and components throughout the assembly line.
4. Coordinate with production planning and scheduling teams to align site planning efforts with production schedules and resource requirements.
5. Conduct basic cost analysis to evaluate the headcount feasibility of production line planning initiatives and projects.

What you need to have:

1. Proven experience in planning and production optimization, preferably in an assembly plant or manufacturing environment.
2. Knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS EXCEL.
3. Basic Knowledge of the SAP system, PP and MM modules would be an advantage.
4. Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to facility design and industrial operations.
5. Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
