Production Planner

We are recruiting for NT Industry Sp. z o.o., a Polish company that is part of the international NT Group from Denmark.

NT Industry designs and manufactures industrial solutions and steel structures for clients across Europe.

The company provides high-quality products and full technical support for customers in the industrial, port, and heavy machinery sectors.

• Create and enter production orders in the ERP system.
• Update and maintain the main production plan (Excel + ERP).
• Check if planned production hours match the offer and the technology.
• Monitor available production capacity and resources, and adjust schedules when needed.
• Confirm delivery dates based on available capacity.
• Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Engineering teams.
• Analyse production performance, report KPIs, and monitor on-time delivery.
• Make sure all data in the ERP system is correct and up to date.
