Production Planner

Your responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed production schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
• Monitor inventory levels to balance supply and demand, avoiding shortages or overstock situations.
• Work closely with procurement, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless end-to-end production operations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to forecast demand using historical data and market trends.
• Analyze capacity and identify constraints or inefficiencies in the production process; propose and implement corrective actions.
• Proactively identify potential production risks and develop contingency strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure clear communication of production plans and changes; escalate critical issues to management when necessary.

Our requirements

• Technical education, preferably in Production Engineering, Logistics or similar areas.
• Proven track record in production planning, or related roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of production workflows, equipment, lean manufacturing principles, and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to communicate comfortably in English, both verbally and in writing (B2/C1).
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics will be a plus.
