More about the role
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Production Planner to join our Professional Factory team located in Piła with Signify. You work in a dynamic environment, focusing on providing the best customer service in the lighting industry. This position is onsite in Piła.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Plan production for defined product families and Engineering-to-order products in line with customer requirements while optimally using the factory work center capacities
Release the production based on material availability and production lines capacity on a daily basis
Monitor production orders execution and support the production team when required
Report and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions on delivery reliability - Factory DRM, backorders, lead times, order (re-) confirmations to improve performance of factory

Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain role
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
Polish and English language fluency
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential issues and find solutions
Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
The desire to learn, develop and take on new challenges
Experience in using the ERP systems will be an asset
