Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee the company’s manufacturing operations. This role is fully onsite in Warsaw, Poland, and requires a hands‑on approach. The ideal candidate must be comfortable driving due to the location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all production activities to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
• Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
• Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related).
• Proven experience in a production management role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to drive to the location.
