Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission‑critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world’s largest companies.
Typical day looks like
- Organizing and supervising the work of the new production department
- Participation in new production line launching process, implementing standards and procedures in line with ISO
- Planning and delivering production targets, in terms of quality, timeliness and costs
- Coordinating subcontractors’ work related to installation and integration of product components, including schedule planning and technical/organizational arrangements
- Close cooperation with other departments, in particular: engineering, quality, planning, logistics and maintenance
- Preparing status reports, reacting to delays and initiating corrective actions
- Building and developing the team (recruitment, training, evaluation and motivation of employees)
- Cost analysis, preparation of budget data and supervision of tools and equipment in the area
- Implementing of optimization initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) and cost‑saving projects
- Representing the area, in contacts with key customers and business partners
Requirements
- University Degree (preferably technical or related to production management)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing production or operations (in electrical, energy or industrial sectors)
- Experience with modular products in the electro‑energy industry (e.g. switchgears, transformers, UPS systems, power modules) will be an advantage
- Experience working with subcontractors and contractors in technical and organizational scope
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Polish, enabling effective communication in an international environment
- Strong communication, coordination and leadership skills
- Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Process Optimization
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- Results‑oriented, responsible and independent
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment
