Job Description
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring plans are executed on time and at the highest quality;
- Drive process optimisation to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity;
- Manage and inspire a team of managers, supervisors, and production staff;
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards;
- Supervise efficient use of materials, machinery, and equipment;
- Manage the production budget and monitor cost effectiveness;
- Initiate and manage modernisation and process improvement projects;
- Work with Technology and R&D teams to introduce new solutions.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within production;
- Solid knowledge of IT systems related to production management (ERP, MES);
- Proficiency in production methodologies (e.g. Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence);
- Knowledge of quality systems (e.g., IATF, ISO, or similar standards);
- Strong organisational skills - ability to plan, coordinate and monitor production processes;
- Ability to manage production data and implement process improvements;
- Solid managerial background: motivating teams, developing people, resolving conflicts;
- Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic production environment;
- Min.communicative English (spoken and written).
