Your Key Responsibilities
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of employees within the area of responsibility
- Supervision of interfaces
- Tracking orders, deadlines, and spare parts procurement
- Managing costs and participating in budgeting
- Implementation of Lean Management principles in the area of responsibility
- Planning capacity, demand, and managing projects
- Support in the technical planning of logistics systems and equipment (preparation of requirement specifications, simulation, ensuring machine and process capability after commissioning)
- Monitoring and optimization of preventive maintenance
- Monitoring compliance with statutory regulations and applicable standards (DGUV, VDS, UVV, BetrSichV)
- Maintaining standards across shifts and managing spare parts inventory costs
- Obtaining quotes, managing commissioning, and verifying invoices
- Monitoring of energy supply systems
- Overseeing energy supply systems and environmental, fire, waste, and hazard measures
- Coordination of all external contractors
- Identifying weaknesses based on customer feedback, internal audits, employee input, or own findings and integrating them into the continuous improvement program
- Joint responsibility for all activities to ensure quality and on-time delivery (personnel planning, workforce scheduling, vacation planning)
- Joint responsibility for TÜV certification
- Conducting safety instructions in accordance with UVV and BG requirements
- Contributing to budget creation, investment planning, and ideas management
- Responsible for order and cleanliness in the plant and on plant premises
- Serving as EnEHS Representative (ISO 50001) and Plant Security Officer
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education in engineering or technical degree
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Demonstrated leadership experience in management or leadership roles, showing the ability to lead teams and projects
- Experience in greenfield projects is necessary
- Proficiency in Lean Management
- A strong can‑do approach with solution‑oriented mindset
- Very good command of the Polish language (min. B2 level)
- Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level)
- Knowledge of German is a plus
