responsibilities :
provide technical leadership and expertise through the strategic planning and implementation of Production IT security methods and processes at plants, proSA and Tisax; serve as an internal consultant in the topics Whitelisting, Backup & Recovery, Remote Support, Patch Management;
develop and deliver Production IT security awareness training at production facilities to local IT and maintenance teams;
plan and execute assessments/audits, agree to-do lists and track the implementation;
visit plants, to identify current and future Production IT security needs and interests and provide high-level technical support to other Production IT tools;
serve as a technical lead for second-level support issues regarding Production IT Security protection and provide operational support as necessary;
provide regular customer follow-up and feedback to business process/IT application owners for Production IT Security systems, projects, and processes;
roll-out existing processes to protect the interests of customers and coordinate the development of countermeasures on a global and regional scale;
lead and participate in field studies/market research to analyze/evaluate potential and frequent Production IT security threats.
requirements-expected :
Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science or related field;
several years of experience as a maintenance/mechanical engineer and/or in an IT security-related function and experience with project supervision in one or more of the following areas: production IT infrastructure, IT security, IT networking/firewall, manufacturing planning/engineering, operations research/analytics, and/or operations management;
experience providing customer support and resolution regarding complex technical issues;
deep knowledge of IT security mechanisms, machine control and industrial networks/bus technologies;
working knowledge of current security and safety regulations, technical interface between IT and operations and of manufacturing processes and production-related data;
strong communication skills with a proven record of customer/supplier relationship management and organizational and time/project management skills;
Polish and English language competency – both verbal and written;
ability/willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
