About the project

YOUR TEAM

We are looking for a skilled and proactive French speaking Production Engineer to join our team. This role involves maintaining the stability and performance of critical applications, resolving complex incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Your responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve OS-level incidents across Linux and Windows environments
  • Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support tickets
  • Process service requests and implement approved changes
  • Maintain and update operational documentation (DEX)
  • Ensure the availability of high-impact applications
  • Communicate directly with stakeholders when required
  • Leverage a good understanding of application architecture to diagnose and resolve issues

Our requirements

  • Proficiency in French (spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to grow across various technologies
  • Familiarity with scheduling/orchestration tools (e.g., CTRLM)
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Zabbix)

Optional

  • Exposure to middleware technologies (e.g. Apache, Tomcat, JBoss)
  • Familiar with Shell scripting and/or Ansible
  • Experience with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
