This role involves maintaining the stability and performance of critical applications, resolving complex incidents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. Your responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve OS-level incidents across Linux and Windows environments Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support tickets Process service requests and implement approved changes Maintain and update operational documentation (DEX) Ensure the availability of high-impact applications Communicate directly with stakeholders when required Leverage a good understanding of application architecture to diagnose and resolve issues Our requirements Proficiency in French (spoken and written) Good knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems Positive attitude and eagerness to grow across various technologies Familiarity with scheduling/orchestration tools (e.g., CTRLM) Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Zabbix) Optional Exposure to middleware technologies (e.g. Apache, Tomcat, JBoss) Familiar with Shell scripting and/or Ansible Experience with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) What we offer Practical benefits: private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and 40 options on our NAIS benefit platform, including Netflix, Spotify or Medicover sport card.
