responsibilities :
Ensures monitoring of applications
Handles incidents tickets L2/ L3
Handles requests and changes
Updates operational documentation(DEX)
Ensures / handles on calls
Responds in working hours and non-working hours
In addition to the above activities, the Production Engineer:
Participates in the Run activities for a scope of critical applications
May communicate directly with stakeholders
Has in-depth knowledge of application architectures

Linux/AIX/Windows OS
Scripting shell bash/ksh, Ansible
Orchestration/schedulling (CTRLM, etc…)
Supervision (Dynatrace, etc…)
