Job Description

Corporate Clients domain (cluster) groups applications for Client activity. It is split into 2 sub-clusters:

1. Investment Banking Application:
   
   IB Portal is an Investment Banking platform that allows the consolidation & life cycle of all origination and execution projects.
   
   This tool offers IB staff several features based on their profile:
   
   
   • Provide personalized pipeline and dashboard
   • Manage time tracking forecast
   • Support feedback and comments on tasks and documents
   • Create a centralized repository of all the projects related documents
   • Automated sharing and classification for documents
   • Support versioning documents
   • Knowledge sharing
2. MyClientDev Application:
   
   MyClientDev is a CIB Worldwide Platform, one of the key levers to deepen our client franchise:
   
   
   • By monitoring client portfolio: dashboard of key metrics: revenues, product equipment, geographical distribution, etc.
   • By fostering cross-selling: allows identifying & qualifying clients requiring particular focus and tracking & measuring progress
   • By defining an action plan for clients requiring particular focus: clients “tagged” with a specific decision (i.e. keep, develop, transfer, exit) and with an associated rationale and action plan
   • Measure progress and track decisions: workflow to facilitate tracking of key decisions over time

Your Responsibilities

1. Production Management:
   
   
   • Technical support level 2 (and level 1 in case of on-call support)
   • Incident management
   • DRP / Liveplay management / coordination
   • Coordination with Infrastructure teams
   • Monitoring implementation
   • Obsolescence / Security management / coordination
2. Change Management:
   
   
   • Staging / Production deployment with respect to change process
   • Technical patching / upgrade implementation and communication
   • DevOps implementation
3. Application Integration:
   
   
   • Contribute to IT projects (ITSVC, Technical architecture, ...)
   • Coordination with Infrastructure teams for all topics
   • Build non-prod environments

• DB: Oracle, SQL Server
• Scripting: Shell
• Middleware: IBM MQ, CFT, Tomcat, Apache
• Scheduling: Autosys
• Monitoring: Geneos (migration to Dynatrace in 2023)
• CI / CD: Bitbucket / Jenkins / Artifactory / Ansible
• Reporting: MS BI
• Method: ITIL
