- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position – experience in the chemical or heavy industry is an advantage.
- University degree in a technical field: Chemistry, Chemical/Process Engineering, or related.
- Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Knowledge of production technologies and occupational health and process safety principles.
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional experience in an international environment.
- Very good command of English (minimum B2+ level).
