Production Coordinator (material planning)

Your responsibilities

• Develop and manage production material plans in coordination with production schedules
• Monitor material availability and inventory levels to avoid shortages or delays
• Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of required components
• Track material usage, update planning systems, and generate reports for internal stakeholders
• Identify and resolve material-related issues affecting production timelines
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for inbound and outbound material flows
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in material planning and supply chain efficiency

Our requirements

• Previous experience in material planning, production coordination, or supply chain management, ideally in the marine or manufacturing industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
