Job Description

1. Management of product & pricing process
2. Develop and establish competitor segmentation of total market and pricing analysis of take rates, incentives, and campaigns
3. Conduct and manage training programs for sales and after sales
4. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
5. Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals
6. Maintain knowledge of current trends in the retail/automotive industry
7. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
8. Ensure product quality and adherence to company standards
9. Manage and report on product and training performance

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

1. Min. 2-3 years of experience as a Project Leader/Product Manager is a must have
2. Strong knowledge of the retail industry and automotive sector and high analytical skills will be necessary
3. Proven experience in product management and training for dealers chain
4. Excellent communication and team management skills
5. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
6. Fluent communication in English
7. Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and calculations of prices
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
