Responsibilities:
- Develop and establish competitor segmentation of total market and pricing analysis of take rates, incentives, and campaigns
- Conduct and manage training programs for sales and after sales
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in the retail/automotive industry
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure product quality and adherence to company standards
- Manage and report on product and training performance
Requirements:
- Min. 2-3 years of experience as a Project Leader/Product Manager is a must have
- Strong knowledge of the retail industry and automotive sector and high analytical skills will be necessary
- Proven experience in product management and training for dealers chain
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Fluent communication in English
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and calculations of prices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
