Obowiązki

• is accountable for the deliverables of R&D due to ensure the right performance of the project;

• is responsible for the coordination for scheduling, budgeting of R&D activities for SW and HW, with the support of his/her (N+1), R&D PTL  and "other engineering disciplines";

• is in charge by R&D Product Manager to manage his/her Contributors.

Wymagania

• Apply the specific Product Development Process of his/her Product Group / Product Line prepared by R&D PTL following CPM (CLEAN Project Management);

• Plan, coordinate and ensure full traceability during all project steps, respect of cost, time and quality project targets;

• Is in charge of the robust design in line with the economical targets;

•  Applies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request destandardizations based on sound justifications;

•  Call for all necessary design reviews;

•  Make sure that Design Reviews of other networks are happening in a timely manner (Purchase, Industrial);

•  Represent the R&D function at the customer;

• Act as the interface with the customer for the R&D subjects of the project, break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs;

• Report and escalate to his/her Product Technical Leader, Product Technical Manager or R&D Development Center manager as needed;

• Actively supports the implementation of A-SPICE development process;

• Responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting;

• Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments;

• Establish detail break down of the activities to meet the milestones;

• Follow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget;

• Management of the contributors;

• Regular Management of different disciplines contributing to product development (Hardware, Software Mechanics, Porduction);

• Regular review with his/her Product Technical Leader, Product Technical ;Manager or R&D manager as needed;

• Check alignment between needs and availabilities.

Oferujemy

• Technical background in electronics or IT; 

• 3 years experience in a similar role or as a project manager, preferably in the automotive industry;

• Fluency in English;

• Experience in leading projects with embedded software. This will be your added advantage, as well as knowledge of DOORS.

• Very good communication skills

• Ability to find the right solution for each client;

• Ability to work independently in multi-faceted issues;

• Ability to manage challenging and diverse issues.
