Obowiązki

• R&D Project Team Member responsible for product development 

• Leads assigned R&D technical project team: Mechanics, Optics, Electronics, Plasturgy, Simulations 

• Responsible for R&D deliverables in respect of allocated budget & aligned with project milestones 

• Coordinates R&D activities related to the technical development of the new product

• Customer and Suppliers contact for technical aspects of the project 

• Manages project technical risks and allocated resources to meet the target of the project milestone 

• Manages and leads Project’s Design Review and reports project technical status to management 

• Makes technical decisions for project design.

Wymagania

• Have an engineering degree in technical area 

• Have at least 3 years of experience in product development with mechanical and electronic content, preferably in the field of automotive industry 

• Have innovative mindset with ability to imagine new ways of solving customer issues Havae a fluent English, other language will be an asset 

• You are a strong communicator and passionate about achieving the right solution for every customer 

• You are able to perform autonomously in multi-aspects missions 

• You are able to manage a challenging and varied tasks, and assist team members if needed.
