Product Team Lead

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Coordinate and support the Product Specialists team: assign tasks, track progress, and ensure high performance.
• Own multiple product categories and ensure their commercial success.
• Hunt, negotiate with, and onboard new partners; maintain strong partner relationships.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses; adapt product offers and pricing to market trends.
• Lead rollout of strategic initiatives: launch new products and improve existing lines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, Customer Service, Content, and Design teams.
• Identify and implement workflow and tool improvements.
• Propose new product ideas, categories, and promotions.
• Contribute to strategic planning and key business decisions.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor teams.
• Project management experience and co-ordination of tasks realisation by Product Team.
• Solid experience in product management, category management or purchasing.
• Proven ability to analyze sales results and market trends.
• Strong knowledge of partner relationship management and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
• Experience in preparing, analyzing, and continuously improving departmental reports.
• Proficiency in Polish and English (written and spoken) at B2 level or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
