Join Autodesk as a Product Support Specialist and help our customers get the best out of their Autodesk products.

Position Overview

We are hiring a German or French speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our team of tech enthusiasts. You will resolve customer issues reported via phone, web, online forums, and other channels, and document your findings for our Knowledge Base. When needed, you will support our product development teams with information required for product improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Autodesk customers on a variety of issues and questions.
  • Document problems and solutions in short and clear articles for our knowledge base.
  • Research, verify, and document product issues.
  • Manage customer expectations by providing updates on progress.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced/Native level of German or French is mandatory.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience using building design software (preferably Autodesk software).
  • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry.
  • Passion for helping people.
  • Appetite for solving problems.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, or Autodesk Construction Cloud products.
