Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Product Support Specialist who enjoys helping customers succeed with a technical product. You will support users during onboarding and troubleshoot both hardware and software aspects of Swivl’s solution.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Customer Success and Development teams, become a product expert, and clearly guide customers through their questions and challenges. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, patient, and customer-focused, who can explain technical topics in a simple and friendly way.

What are we looking for:

• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English, confident in written and verbal customer communication;
• Interest in work with innovative technologies;
• Availability to work during afternoon and evening hours;
• Excellent team player skills and ability to work independently where necessary;
• Persistent and meticulous to drive our customers toward success with our products;
• Flexible, customer-oriented and passionate about helping others.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Zendesk or similar help-desk software;
• Tech savvy with a knack for learning new tools/apps on the fly.
