We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the product strategy and development for our Duty-Free offerings across a global network of airport and ferry locations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the Duty-Free market, merchandising, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating innovative and engaging retail experiences for travelers worldwide.
responsibilities :
Defining and championing the product vision and strategy for Duty-Free shops, identifying new product opportunities, developing product roadmaps, and managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis
Leveraging a deep understanding of merchandising principles to optimize product placement, visual displays, and promotional strategies within Duty-Free shops, collaborating with suppliers and retail partners to create compelling product presentations that drive sales and enhance the customer experience
Conducting thorough market research, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying emerging trends in the Duty-Free industry to inform product decisions and ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant to travelers needs
Traveling internationally to visit Duty-Free stores, observe customer behavior, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement, which will be crucial for understanding regional market dynamics and tailoring product strategies accordingly
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, ensuring access to high-quality products, and collaborating on product development initiatives and joint marketing programs
Working closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and finance, to execute product strategies effectively and achieve business objectives
Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for optimization, analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
