Product Stewardship Support Analyst - 9 months Fixed Term Contract

As Product Stewardship Support Analyst you will support the product stewardship team by ensuring accurate data handling and contributing to regulatory compliance efforts. It involves working with internal systems and scientific data to help maintain high standards in environmental and product safety reporting.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collect and validate data from various internal systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Consolidate and archive datasets to support reporting and compliance activities.
  • Populate official reporting templates and systems with verified information.
  • Execute system tests and generate reports, identifying and communicating any issues.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and assist in synthesizing relevant information.
  • Maintain tracking tools and prepare documentation for internal meetings.
  • Support team members with follow-ups and coordination across departments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and reporting tools.

About You

  • Skilled in working with large datasets and applying analytical thinking.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables; familiarity with SAP or database tools is beneficial.
  • Clear and confident communicator in written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Background in chemistry or a related scientific discipline is advantageous.

Salary

zł76,700.00 - zł130,400.00 PLN Annual

Work Arrangement

Most roles require a minimum of 4 days of in‑office presence per week to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations, while also recognizing the importance of flexibility and work‑life balance. Remote or field‑based positions will have different arrangements, which will be indicated in the job posting.
