Product Stewardship Quality Lead at BD

As Product Stewardship Quality Lead you will work closely with central teams, business units, and regional product stewards to implement consistent practices, monitor quality, and drive continuous improvement. About the Role

As Product Stewardship Quality Lead you will work closely with central teams, business units, and regional product stewards to implement consistent practices, monitor quality, and drive continuous improvement. The position involves developing training frameworks, creating performance metrics, and supporting outreach efforts that strengthen enterprise‑wide capabilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and implement standardized product stewardship systems and processes across business units and regions.
  • Coordinate leadership reviews and functional forums to support strategic alignment.
  • Maintain tracking tools to ensure consistent quality and compliance across teams.
  • Contribute to the development and periodic review of policies and procedures aligned with quality standards.
  • Update and manage the Materials of Concern list and questionnaire based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with learning and development teams to deploy training and competency models.
  • Create and maintain content for internal and external engagement platforms.
  • Work with cross‑functional leaders to build team training and engagement initiatives.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in chemistry, environmental science, engineering, business, or related field.
  • Skilled in communicating across diverse teams and influencing process improvements.
  • Experienced in product stewardship regulations relevant to complex portfolios.
  • Confident in making decisions and solving problems in dynamic environments.
  • Comfortable working with data from multiple systems and tools.
  • Familiar with SAP, ERP systems, and Power BI.
  • Proficient in technical writing and document management practices.

Salary

10,500 PLN to 11,500 PLN per month + benefits.
