PRODUCT SPECIALIST (K/M)

Obowiązki

• Responsible for the product is in accordance with recipes, taste and appearance and can be produced in a stable and consistent way
• Implement the new products developed, on the lines in the factory, that meet all agreed requirements
• Perform production trials. Approve and document these
• Provide support for production if there are raw materials or product challenges
• Creation of Product Process Instructions (PPI) for all new products that are implemented
• EPD (Existing Product Development), together with Purchasing, implements project

Wymagania

• You have experience with food products, the taste, texture and appearance, as well as insight in production equipment, testing and documenting processes
• You must be used to apply basic food technology know-how in all perspectives, also including the understanding of HACCP/GMP principles
• The preferred candidate will have knowledge from manufacturing of food. Also experience in working with SAP will be an advantage
• Structured mindset & system thinking (looking at the bigger picture end-to-end)
• Strong communication skills, including fluent in English
• Ability to make process and product documentation. Collect and analyze data
• Able to understand the functionality of the production equipment
• Your educational background is preferably as a Food Scientist, or Chemical Engineer on a M.Sc. level
• You must have at least 3-5 years’ relevant experience. We look for analytical skills as well as a proactive and self-driven personality
