Duties:



As a Product Site Lead in our multinational advertising product company, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our advertising product portfolio and driving the success of our global organization. You will partner with internal teams across the globe (US, Korea, India, UK) to help drive roadmap, while talking to key stakeholders in business and technical teams. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving the success of our advertising technology, helping us to build modern and effective systems which we will use to deliver targeted ads to our users.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a global team of product managers, UX designers, and product analysts to drive product innovation and excellence across multiple advertising products and platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the overall head of product and other members of the global product leadership team to develop and execute product strategy and roadmap that align with company goals and priorities.
  • Manage the organizational aspects of the product site team, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and career development, to ensure a high-performing and engaged team.
  • Champion a user-centric approach to product development, leveraging customer insights, market research, and data analytics to inform product decisions and drive customer value.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and differentiation.
  • Drive key product and organizational initiatives, such as platform integration, globalization, and market expansion, to enhance the competitiveness and scalability of our advertising product portfolio.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and legal, to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product site team and across the broader global organization, leveraging best practices and lessons learned from across the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management within multinational advertising or technology companies, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and product analysts, across multiple geographical locations.
  • Extensive experience in driving product strategy and execution, with a focus on delivering innovative advertising solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Experience in delivering impactful product initiatives that drive business growth and enhance user experience.
  • Strong understanding of global advertising markets, industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in organizational development, including talent acquisition, coaching, and team building across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • History of collaborating effectively with global stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
  • Experience working in an agile product development environment, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration , or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
