We are looking for cybersecurity professional with deep knowledge of global cybersecurity standards, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and experience in secure software development. The position emphasizes global collaboration and process optimization while contributing to the development and enforcement of cybersecurity standards at an international level.
responsibilities :
Ability to translate and relate complex cyber concepts into simple, clear actions for team members and gain adoption
Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in international standards and regulations
Participation in working groups for cyber standards (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443) and regulations
Continuously optimizing processes to stay compliant with evolving standards and regulations
Providing training, coaching, and expert consultation on evolving regulations and standards
Communication across all levels of the organization, from executives to architects and regulators
requirements-expected :
Knowledge of standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, ISA99, Common Criteria, NIST 800-218, and familiarity with significant cybersecurity legislations such as the EU Cyber Resiliency Act, NIS/NIS2, EU AI Act, etc
Emphasis on communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for negotiating priorities and facilitate diverse groups
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
Knowledge of secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) is critical, as well as experience working with globally distributed teams
Flexibility to travel approximately 25% globally
Good written and spoken English
