Join our team and support a global leader in innovative dairy solutions – from smart milking systems to animal welfare monitoring tools. In this role, you’ll guide product teams through regulatory and certification requirements, helping shape safe and compliant products used worldwide.

Your tasks

• Participating in projects related to product development and modification, ensuring compliance with legal and certification regulations
• Analyzing and interpreting legal requirements for new markets and applications in collaboration with Product Owners
• Creating and updating internal guidelines and standards related to product compliance
• Cooperating closely with engineering teams and other departments to ensure adherence to technical and legal standards
• Taking on the role of an expert in product compliance and safety, offering substantive support to various stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
• Several years of experience in a similar compliance, certification, or regulatory engineering role within an international environment
• Deep understanding of EU conformity assessments (CE marking) and related technical documentation
• Strong knowledge of product safety standards and their application in engineering projects
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of standards and legal regulations regarding product compliance
• Openness to working from the Wrocław office is a plus, but not required
• Residing in Poland required
