responsibilities :
Be the point of contact for external and internal communications - being the Product Owner / SME for Managed workplace
Experience management office management - being the Product Owner for XMO
Manage client request and prioritize the team in the daily business
Handover to delivery skills
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
Cost controlling and reporting
Team Leading
requirements-expected :
5 -8 years operations delivery management knowledge
Good communication, presentation, and reporting skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Wide technical knowledge on managed workplace (Workstation, Mobile Device Management, M365/ O365, Software packaging, cyber security understanding) and an experience management office
English and German language is must have
