  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to create solution concepts (e.g. process diagrams, mock-ups)

  • Experience or strong interest in projects within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments

  • Very good communication and organizational skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset

  • Valid Category B driving license and willingness to undertake occasional business travel

  • Nice to Have

    • Interest in AI technologies and experience using AI tools in day-to-day work (e.g. data analysis, conceptual work, process optimization)

  • A close-knit team – we value openness, mutual support, and trust

  • Engaging projects – work on meaningful solutions across various industries (e.g. e-learning, energy, finance, manufacturing, logistics)

  • International clients and teams – use and develop your English and/or German in real project environments

  • Benefits package – private healthcare (LuxMed), life insurance (Unum), and a Multisport card

  • Focus on integration and well-being – regular team meetings, internal initiatives, squash and badminton groups, and many everyday activities that build relationships and a positive atmosphere
