Application Development & Maintenance (ADM Center) provides comprehensive end-to-end IT services from business specification, through software development, implementation, to application maintenance using leading it technologies and management methods.

Who Are We Looking For?
The Product Owner (PO) will be responsible for the development and management of a product (or system component) utilizing Dynatrace tools.
This includes defining requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and collaborating with the development team and stakeholders to improve observability, performance, and stability of IT services.
responsibilities :
manage the backlog related to Dynatrace implementation and configuration;
collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, security, and development teams;
work closely with IT architects and application owners to implement observability strategies;
participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, retrospectives);
collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements;
contribute to the development of continuous improvement strategies in the areas of APM (Application Performance Monitoring) and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering).
requirements-expected :
minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role (e.g., Business Analyst, IT Project Manager);
experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment;
familiarity with observability tools – especially Dynatrace (required);
experience working with distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (preferred: AWS, Azure, GCP);
basic knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and SRE is an advantage;
ability to translate business requirements into technical user stories;
understanding of web and mobile applications, backend systems, and databases;
knowledge in the area of APM, infrastructure monitoring, logging, and alerting;
strong analytical and communication skills – ability to work with various stakeholders;
competence in using Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, and AI-powered insights.
