Your responsibilities

as the Product Owner (User Devices) for Interaction, you will be responsible for user deivces (not UI/UX) and you will be an integral part of creating the Interaction (User Devices) services along their lifecycle,
you will be pivotal in ensuring the products specified by you are fitting the consumers needs, can be delivered by the engineering teams and later an successfully operated. This entails creating high-level product vision, product specifications and roadmaps, as well as collaborating with architects and engineers to agree on suitable solutions that lead to a working product,
in your role, you will be interfacing with the program level product management, as well as other product owners of the adjacent service lines to ensure a consistent user experience,
The Product Owner Interaction (User Devices) reports to the Interaction Product Line Lead.

Employer requirements

defining end-user devices profiles and standards (e.g. desktop, laptops, mobile devices) incl. byod (bring your own devices) policies and especially paw /rpaw for end-user devices access critical infrastructure for developers (platform & application) and operators (platform & application),
end user device management (whole hardware & software lifecycle),
endpoint security & protection,
critical infrastructure (kritis),
virtual clients / end-user devices,
excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders,
able to work with, and influence, highly technical engineering teams to shape and evolve your products to meet customer needs,
experience with proper backlog management (i.e. proper scoping and structure user stories, clear description and definition, acceptance criteria),
collaborative mindset with experience working closely with cross-functional teams,
strong analytical and problem-solving skills, being comfortable in taking decisions informed by the viewpoints of many stakeholders,
a minimum of 5 years of product management or product ownership experience,
comprehensive understanding and experience in end-user device management, especially for developers,
comprehensive experience in endpoint security & protection, especially for critical infrastructure (kritis),
proven ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy,
demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting and prioritizing customer requirements, and the ability to advocate for the customer within the development team,
fluent english communication skills in speech and writing (minimum C1 level),
relevant certifications in product management, data management or cloud technologies are a plus,
fluent german in speech and writing (at least B2) as a plus.
