creating and overseeing the roadmap of a product, working on product vision and growth of the area, product responsibility of digital assets
being responsible for the Product Definitions made within the given area and assuring alignment on the product vision across the product domains
ensuring the appropriate process is applied in the domain (Release or Test Management etc.)
coordinating and running the Product Portfolio of the given area
cooperating with Project Managers and POs to assure delivery of scope to the programs
participating in software delivery estimations for the new requests in the T-shirt and BIC estimation phase
being the main point of contact for new estimation requests
sustaining an optimal relationship with the business stakeholders as well as transparency in communication, providing appropriate information (reports, etc.) to the appropriate stakeholders when needed
requirements-expected :
fluency in English
min. 5 years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role
several years of SAP applications experience
experience in the area of SAP SuccessFactors
strong stakeholder management skills and experience in building successful business relations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
leadership experience in an international environment and across multiple digital products
experience in building a product roadmap and setting realistic product goals/outcomes, strong knowledge of Budgeting & Estimation and experience with delivering various products within tight schedules
a good understanding of Agile and proven experience working with an Agile team
an excellent knowledge of IT systems and digital products
